If your purchase was delivered damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please call us immediately at (866) 369 1902 or e-mail us at email@example.com and we'll remedy the situation.
If you'd like to return something, it must be unused, in the condition you received it in. It should also be complete with all warranty cards, original box, and instructions. If it isn't in new condition, you will be charged a restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on the missing items and its condition. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you'll be charged for return shipping.
We accept returns for 30 days from the date of the purchase. However, we will not accept returns that don't have our return RMA number on the package. Please call us at 866 369 1902 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged.
All Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, etc..)
